                                                                                  THE ANNOUNCER

                                                    THE VOICE OF ACLU-SONOMA COUNTY

Vol. II, No. 3 April 2020

The Announcer is the brief medium that your Sonoma County Chapter uses to keep you informed about what we’re doing and about events and issues important to Sonoma County (and beyond, of course).

Dear fellow Sonoma County ACLU member,

MONTHLY CHAPTER BOARD MEETING

All ACLU monthly chapter meetings and other activities are cancelled until the shelter-in-place order is lifted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

SPONSORSHIP OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

The ACLU Sonoma County Chapter donated $1000 to the North Bay Organizing Project with $500 being designated to Undocufund to assist undocumented families during the Covid-19 pandemic.

WHO ARE WE?

Your Sonoma County volunteer chapter members are:

Karen Fraire (Healdsburg) • Michael Furlong (Glen Ellen) • Patty Morandi (Healdsburg) ) • Shana Alexander (Santa Rosa) ) • Jim Duffy (Rohnert Park)

Our goal is always to diversify by better representing the geography and varied composition of our SC community. If you’re interested in being a Board member, or in just working with us on an issue important to you, let us know!
